Our Mission
The mission of the CESA 6 Smart Thinking Foundation is to promote innovation in learning by supporting directed programs for educational systems.
Generous donations from CM Regent Insurance Company and Oshkosh Corporation over the years have allowed the CESA 6 Smart Thinking Foundation to sponsor micro-grants for school and systems and bring in top national speakers at low- to no-cost for educational leadership and professional development events. CESA 6 is a non-profit cooperative educational service agency whose mission is to provide solutions to school systems to maximize success.
MICro-Grants
Through a donation from CESA 6, the Smart Thinking Foundation is making $40,000 in micro-grants available to K-12 school systems in Wisconsin for 2025. Schools and systems can apply for up to a $1,000 micro-grant to meet the needs.
